Wellness Programs
Wellness programs help organizations support employee well-being and productivity. Inter-County offers a variety of wellness programs in the workplace, to help employees and their families maintain a healthy lifestyle at home and at work. These programs are administered by AmeriHealth Administrators.
Clients can opt to supplement their health benefits programs with any or all of the following wellness services:
- reimbursement programs;
- health risk assessments;
- reminders for health screenings;
- health fair services;
- health topic brochures.
The individual wellness program encourages members to achieve individual health and safety improvement goals through educational materials and reimbursement of fees.
The individual wellness program includes:
- fitness
- weight management
- smoking cessation
- safety and first aid
- bicycle safety
- child safety
- poison prevention
- stress management
