Maternity Education and Support Program

Baby Beginnings® maternity management and educationBaby BeginningsSM is a free, confidential program designed to promote healthy and happy pregnancies. If your health care plan includes medical management through AmeriHealth Administrators, you can take advantage of this valuable, voluntary program.

When you enroll in the Baby Beginnings program you will receive support throughout your pregnancy and up to six weeks following your delivery. Baby Beginnings will provide confidential pregnancy assessments; a comprehensive book about pregnancy, delivery, and baby care; educational information tailored to your needs; obstetrical nurses available by phone through a 24/7 support line; interactive web-based tools; free educational text messages; and more to guide you throughout your pregnancy.

Thinking about becoming pregnant? Baby Beginnings also offers a preconception program to help potential mothers make the best decisions about health, nutrition, and lifestyle habits to prepare for pregnancy. This program includes prenatal assessment, nutritional materials and resources, access to a 24/7 support line, a free pregnancy test, and more.

Health Management Program

If you are enrolled in the Health Management Program through AmeriHealth Administrators, you can access tools and resources to help you get the support and information you need to take an active role in managing your health and making informed, confident health decisions.
