The Inter-County Student Health Plan provides dedicated, student-focused customer service. Students can access health plan information anytime through our secure student website, MyICHPstudent.com. They can also take advantage of value-added features available to all plan members. These features include:
24/7 Nurse Helpline
Inter-County Student Health Plan provides a Nurse Helpline to all members. Experienced, multilingual, registered nurses staff the line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to answer students’ medical and health questions. A physician is also available to consult in case a student needs extra support.
Online Global Health and Safety Tools
Inter-County has joined with HTH Worldwide to help your members obtain quality health care when traveling, anywhere in the world. Benefits include:
- appointment scheduling;
- translation guides for medical phrases, terms, and brand-name drugs;
- profiles of hospitals, clinics, and pharmacy practices;
- city health and security profiles including daily alerts;
- medical evacuation and repatriation services;
- worldwide 24-hour emergency telephone assistance service;
